Develop and implement your marketing plan and materials.
A crucial step in the process, we'll work with you to identify who your potential buyers may be and how to find them, put together an Offering Memorandum, and develop a plan to successfully position and market your business to prospective buyers. This part of the process requires years of experience, and if done improperly, could lead to a very poor outcome. As potential buyers begin to express interest in your business, our advisors will act as the middleman. All interested parties must complete an in-depth profile to ensure they are financially capable of buying your business and a confidentiality agreement to ensure you and your business are protected. We interview and screen each candidate thoroughly to ensure only serious offers are entertained before we connect the interested party with you. Unqualified candidates will NOT receive any information about your business.
